• Discord User IDs: To identify administrators and apply permissions.
• Server IDs & Settings: To store your configuration preferences (e.g., welcome channels, moderation logs).
• Message Content (Ephemeral): Message content is processed for moderation (anti-spam/anti-link) but is NOT permanently stored unless logged in a designated channel as per your settings.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used solely to:

• Provide the core functionality of the bot (moderation, welcome messages, etc.).
• Authenticate you on this dashboard.
• Ensure the security and stability of our service.

We do NOT sell, trade, or share your data with third parties.

3. Data Retention

Server settings are retained as long as the bot is in your server. If the bot is removed, you may request data deletion by contacting us. Warning logs and moderation history are stored to assist your server's staff.

4. Third-Party Services

We use Discord's API to function. By using Som DVPS, you are also subject to Discord's Privacy Policy.
